1. Statutory right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods. For a single order whose goods are delivered separately, the period begins on receipt of the last item.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email or a letter sent by post).

You may use the model withdrawal form at the end of this policy, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
You do not need to give a reason for your withdrawal. No prior approval from ArtDesignMC is required.
2. Effects of withdrawal and refund
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you for the withdrawn order, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal.
We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. You will not be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.
3. Returning the goods
You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract.
The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods in the event of a statutory withdrawal.
We recommend packing the goods securely for transport and choosing a tracked shipping method. Use of the original packaging is not mandatory.
If possible, please include your order number or a copy of your receipt so that we can identify your return more easily.
4. Condition of returned goods
You may inspect the goods as you would in a shop in order to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Missing original packaging, removed labels or normal inspection of the product do not automatically exclude the statutory right of withdrawal.
Please handle our sculptures and busts carefully, as some are delicate, and pack them with sufficient protection for the return journey.
5. Custom-made and personalised products
The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised, provided the legal requirements for this exception are met.
This may include, for example, busts or sculptures individually modelled from a photo provided by the customer, or for which a design specifically tailored to the customer has been agreed.
The mere fact that a product is only made by 3D printing after the order is received, or the selection of regularly offered sizes, colours or materials, does not in itself exclude the right of withdrawal.
For genuinely personalised products, we will expressly inform you before purchase of any exclusion of the statutory right of withdrawal.
Your statutory warranty rights remain fully intact for personalised and custom-made products.
6. Damaged, defective or incorrectly delivered items
Please check your order upon receipt.
If an item is damaged, defective or does not correspond to the goods ordered, please contact us at artdesignmc@icloud.com.
If possible, please provide your order number and attach photos of the affected item and, if applicable, the shipping packaging. This helps us process your request faster.
In the event of a justified warranty claim, you are entitled to your statutory warranty rights. Depending on the legal requirements, these include in particular repair or replacement of the goods, a price reduction or cancellation of the contract.
We bear the necessary costs of restoring the goods to a condition in conformity with the contract, including any required transport costs, within the scope of our legal obligations.
Statutory warranty rights exist independently of the statutory right of withdrawal and are not restricted by the return deadlines and conditions in this policy.
7. Exchange
If you would like a different size, colour or model, please contact us by email.
A voluntary exchange can be arranged individually. Alternatively, if a right of withdrawal exists, you can withdraw from your original order and order the desired item again.
Your statutory withdrawal and warranty rights remain unaffected.
