Shipping areas

We ship our products within Austria and to all member states of the European Union. Delivery to other countries is available upon request.

Processing time

All orders are processed within 2–7 business days after payment is received.

Because many of our products are made individually or produced using 3D printing, processing times may be slightly longer during periods of high demand. In this case, we will inform you promptly.

Delivery times

Estimated delivery times are:

Austria: 2–7 business days
Germany: 3–10 business days
Other EU countries: 5–10 business days
Other countries: depending on the destination country

The stated delivery times are non-binding estimates.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout and displayed before the order is completed.

We offer free shipping within the European Union.

Shipping providers

Depending on the destination country, orders are shipped with reliable carriers such as Österreichische Post, DHL, DPD or GLS.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. Where available, this confirmation will include a tracking number.

Damaged shipments

Please inspect your delivery immediately upon receipt for visible shipping damage.

Undeliverable shipments

If a shipment cannot be delivered because of an incorrect delivery address or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts and is returned to us, we reserve the right to charge the cost of redelivery.
