Shipping policy

Shipping areas

We ship within Austria and to all member states of the European Union. Deliveries to other countries are possible on request.

Processing time

Every bust is made in our workshop in Austria after you place your order. Processing takes 3–7 business days after receipt of payment.

During periods of very high demand, processing may take slightly longer. If so, we will let you know right away.

Delivery times

After dispatch, the estimated delivery time is:

Austria: 2–7 business days
Germany: 3–10 business days
Rest of the EU: 5–10 business days
Other countries: depending on the destination

The delivery times stated are non-binding estimates.

Shipping costs

We deliver free of charge within the European Union.

Carriers

Depending on the destination, we ship with Austrian Post, DHL, DPD or GLS.

Tracking

As soon as your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. Where available, it includes a tracking number you can use to follow your parcel via our package tracking page.

Damaged shipments

Please check your delivery for visible transport damage when it arrives. If anything arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours, with photos of the packaging and the product at artdesignmc@icloud.com. This helps us file the claim with the carrier more quickly. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.

Undeliverable shipments

If a shipment cannot be delivered because of an incorrect delivery address or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts and is returned to us, we reserve the right to charge the cost of re-delivery.
